Refund policy

  • Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

    • Returns accepted for up to 30 days unopened, with any return shipping cost the responsibility of the buyer.
    • No restocking fee.
    • In the event of defective product within 15 days of receipt of purchase, with refund, store credit and/or exchange will be honored.
    • After receiving the returned defective item, our team will inspect it and issue a refund to the original credit card used for the payment.
    • Please allow up to 10 business days for payment to be posted by the merchant provider on the original credit card used for the purchase.

    Digital Products

    • All sales of digital goods including training and manuals are final sale - no refunds or exceptions.
    • Online Training Portal access is valid for 90 days following the date of original purchase, users are encouraged to download the Training Guide with the learning portal for future reference.
    • Users are encouraged to download any certificates for future reference.
    • Future certificate requests past training portal access will be charged a fee of $50 plus applicable taxes payable in advance.
